This is a Quicktime movie (it's 2.9 MB. That's pretty big.) 480 pixels wide by 360 pixels high. That's important because after you place
the movie using the puzzle piece (plugin) under the media menu in common mode right beside the tree on the insert palette, you have to
resize the quicktime movie to that size plus 15 extra pixels tall to allow for the control bar.
